1. Who we are
DigiTeam Inc., a Delaware corporation (USA) ("we", "us"), provides AI-native product and revenue services, including DigiWinBack, Technical Partner builds, and White-Label engineering. This policy explains what data we handle and how.
2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, work email, company, and anything you send through our forms or by email. We also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device and browser) to keep the site working and understand what's useful.
3. Your client and CRM data (engagements)
For a DigiWinBack engagement you may share a CRM data export — deals, activity, loss reasons, and related records, and optionally read-only inbox access. We treat this as confidential and use it only for your engagement. We do not sell it, and we never use it to train models shared with anyone else. Any model we build from it is trained on your data alone.
4. How we use data
To deliver the services you asked for, to respond to you, to produce your analysis or build, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your CRM data for advertising.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep client data only as long as needed for the engagement and any agreed follow-up, then delete it. You can request deletion of your data at any time and we will action it, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
6. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, scheduling, and email), under agreements that require them to protect it. We disclose data if required by law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and NDAs by default on client engagements. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. We'll revise the "Effective" date above and, for material changes, let affected clients know.
